Positive and very good.
Easy to get to, super quick check-out. Did not like leaving a deposit in excess of the rental cost.
Transportation back to the airport was confusing (but we made it).
Should start out with full tank, so customer can return it with a full tank rather than trying to fill it to just the amount he started with.
We received a great rate compared to other rental agencies. We were able to pick up the car quickly (no waiting).
Great first rental experience. Midway was recommended in high regards from a friend and I was extremely satisfied with the whole experience. Shuttle was timely, staff was courteous and I received an upgrade for being a first time customer! I will absolutely use Midway on my next visit to LA and recommend them to anyone traveling to a location that Midway operates.
The only "minus" is the pickup method. I had to call to be told I have to take the Joe's airport parking shuttle. Not very convenient.
