This rental company was a fairly priced and the staff was extremely nice. The whole process was easy and I would definitely rent from them again.

Great service, and quality of car was great
Got off to a bumpy start regarding where we were to be picked up. When booking online, the confirmation page that customers can print should have it written ON THAT PAGE, where to go to be picked up. It was frustrating to have my 92 year old grandmother walking all over in 90 degree heat! When I called the office, I was talked to in a rude tone that only infuriated me further! Thomas (I believe that was his name) was great and was able to take care of us. No problems after that.
