The rental was great. I really enjoyed the car that I was provided, The only thing that was inconvenient was that a card was not able to be taken over the phone.

I rented this car to go to PalmSprings. The rental process took 5 minutes. The next day one of my friends rented at LAX Avis and the rental process took 90 minutes. They weren't happy. I told them to rent from you next time.
My experience was really good. However, i suggest making the website more user friendly and instructions on how to get to the front desk clearer
