Good car at a good price!
GOOD ATTENTION
The rep that I spoke to regarding confirmation of two reservations was very professional and also suggested sales incentives for our company events.

The only thing I wasn't pleased with was that my rate quote was not honored as the lot was out of the type of car I requested. I had to pay more for the car that was available. I felt I should have gotten the same quote for the upgraded car. This has been my experience with other car rental agencies. Other than that I had a pleasurable experience.
We go to LA at least once a year, we won't go anywhere else but Midway
My only complaint would be that I waited 45 min for a shuttle from the airport to the rental car agency. I also had to call twice to make sure the shuttle was coming. If you ran the shuttle every 10-15 min I wouldn't have any complaints
A good rental
nice clean car, no problems at rental counter
When I booked, it was supposed to have insurance included, when I arrived at the counter I arrived to pay more than $100 just insurance fees. It is all a scamm. I will never book with this company again. I prefer to pay more, and knowing from the beginning what I payed for.
