- make a list of the top things customers need or want to know how to do in cars they may not have driven before, and show them before doing the inspection: shift gears, use parking brake, turn on headlights, open gas tank cover, turn on radio & A/C, etc.
- find out yourselves very clearly whether car has spare tire or run flat tires and tell customer before doing inspection, rather than have customer inform you there is no spare & have you guess that the tires are run flat.
