Car was clean & handled very good. Very satisfied rental from Midway car rental company. I will use them again.
You guys were amazing! We had credit card issues when we first arrived (card issuer didn't know we were going on vacation) so the employee gave us a one day rental at the same rate and then allowed us to purchase the rest of the rental the next day! Prices were better than anyone offered and the car was brand new and super clean. Why go anywhere else? I wish you guys were out east where we live, we would rent from you every time! Thanks!

It was a great experience with Midway-LAX. The car was great with no problem. I would rent at midway again.
Everything was great just have two minor comments:
1. It would be nice to have the "tank must be full" requirement. My tank was only 5/8th full when I got the car which was a bummer because I had to stop in the middle of the desert with a sand storm to fill up.
2. The midway LAX office is really really close to the airport. It would be nice to have the staff provide simple directions on how to get out and not end up in the actual airport.

Second rental from them. Both cars have been above and beyond what I'd get for a similar price from other vendors; great car, excellent stereo (makes a big difference!), reliable and speedy pick-up.
The woman that checked me in was so energetic and polite. The pick up process was easy and quick and by the time my flight finally arrived, there was only one person in line. Upon return, the gentleman was very professional and thorough with the process.i would definitely rent from mcar again.
The vehicle I requested was not available, but I was happy with my free upgrade to a full-size vehicle.
