Had a great experience. I'm under 25 so I really appreciate that the underage fee isn't an insane amount like it is with other companies.
Wait for the car pickup was a little long with 3 agents and 6 people in line.

They gave me a damaged car and then tried to say I caused the damage when I returned the vehicle. Extremely upsetting and unprofessional.
I called asking about a problem with the radio and the rep was very helpful. She looked into the ford website and came back with an answer. We got to enjoy the rest of our trip with our music!
