It was the best and fastest rental experience.
This is our 2nd time renting from Midway and won't be our last. All employees went out of their ways to help us (my husband was on crutches and the extra help was truly appreciated.) We have recommended Midway to our friends and relatives in the past and will continue to do so.
It was very convenient to get to and had no trouble getting the vehicle. It wasn't made clear to me that I needed to return the car with a full tank of gas and so I was charged a gallon at $6 rate when gas is less than $3 per gallon right now.
Great customer service and the price. Got brand new vehicle for near $35 a day! Good location near LAX airport, quick shuttle. Definitely gonna use MCAR again!
The clock in the car didn't keep time correctly had to set it every time. USB port did not function either. Bluetooth worked for the phone calls but could not play music or listen to navigation from the phone.
All of the people representing MCar were friendly and helpful. Although I rented a basic car I was treated as a valuable customer. Thank you

We didn't have to wait in any lines, got our car right away, and when dropping it off, it was a quick check and we were right on the shuttle bus on our way to LAX. Will definitely rent thru Midway next time we're in LA.
The only snag was the long wait for a shuttle back to the airport.
