I was able to pick my vehicle up pretty quick, and was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded. Great Impression, I would definitely use this rental company again.
It was all good. When I returned the car, it was hard to find someone to give the car back. I couldn't find anyone as they were off helping other customers.

The initial infant car seat provided was difficult to install as the belt to tighten the car seat to the car wouldn't tighten enough. It was unfortunate that the Midway employees couldn't assist in tightening it. However, I was able to go back to the office and swap for a different seat which worked much better. In hindsight I would consider providing my own infant car seat as the ones provided seem cheap in quality compared to the one I use in my own car.
It was amazing. I highly recommend them for price, convenience, and good service.

This is the 4th time I have rented from Midway (Mcar) at LAX and every time I am amazed how easy it is. When it happens once it could be a fluke but when it happens every time that means you have a great company ethic. Keep it up. I have and will continue to sends friends your way. THANKS
