My plane's departure was delayed. I knew the closing time of the Mcar counter at Burbank Airport so called them to let them know I might show up a few minutes later than their closing time. The attendant assured me he would not leave prior to my arrival (as was the case). No pressure on costly additional insurance, as had been the case when I rented in the past from competitors.
Midway continues to provide the best value and rental experience in Southern CA.

Great service. Very prompt and good value for the price compared to the 'big guys'. Would definitely recommend and return. Would encourage the company to start honoring corporate discount programs for the business traveler. Great way to attract business and keep up with competition from bigger rental companies.
