I like smaller cars in LA and reserved a car like the Corolla. Was told I was being upgraded to a Camry because there were no smaller cars available. I appreciate the gesture but in Los Angeles I prefer to drive smaller, fuel efficient vehicles. That is why I gave those questions the rating I did.
It was a great experience, and I would be happy to rent from this company again.

Always great service. I think the Joe's shuttles don't run frequently enough. I tend to wait a while at the airport. Other than that, great service! See you next time.
I reserved a full size car. But the only vehicles in the lot that I was offered were Jeeps.

Great experience. Only drawback was car was 3/4 full of gas when I picked it up. Makes it difficult to accurately refuel when I drop off.
I have a slight walking disability and getting to the rental location on the 3rd level was a little tough to get to with luggage since the escalator was broken and had to walk extra to find the elevator. But, other than that everything was excellent. Our car was fairly new with only 6000 miles on it. Great experience. Definitely would rent from you again!
This is the worse experience that I have EVER had regardi mg renting a car at a car rental company. The customer service is awful. The staff demonstrates lack of knowledge regarding the company policies. The supervisor had a nasty attitude, not pleasant and tried to deny me my car rental by making up a ridiculous amount of $500 security deposit to rent a Corolla! After trying to plead my case, talking to het supervisor, who was also rude, had me there after closing!
My experience with Midway Car Rental was the worst ever. I was discriminated against and treated unfairly. My pick up time was at 6pm but I did not check out until after 8pm, due to having to plead my case regarding the security deposit. Initially, I was informed by several reps that the security deposit for a Corolla would be $200. However, when I arrived to the branch to pick up the car, the branch supervisor increased it to $500 plus the amount for the rental amount. I left feeling drained.
