Overall I was happy with the my first time experience with midway. Most unhappy with the airport pick up time had to wait 25 minutes.
Awesome service
I walked from LAX terminal 7 to the express rental office, as the Joes Parking van did not show for 20 minutes. It's only a 12 minute walk.
I was dealing with Midway on 2 different locations: LAX and Santa Monica. Staff in both locations was fantastic, knowledgable, curtious, polite. Both the pick up and the return were really fast and pleasant. Midway is my rental agency from now on!
Had a great rental- everyone was more than helpful and I definitely got great value for my money. It was less expensive than other agenies and I appreciate that midway didn't exploit me like the others would. I will definitely be using it again.
The agent that assisted me was very helpful. She asked where I was traveling to and made sure I had a car that was good on gas for my trip. I never have a problem with the cars or the staff and will continue to rent from MCAR and send referrals.
Service was great. When booking online there wasn't information on the cost of insurance. I had to wait until I actually got into the car to get the options and pricing, I would have liked to had that option sooner either at Booking or at least at the check-in time. Smelled coolant burning a few times and was afraid of breaking down...luckily I didn't
I did not like the upgrade car that I was given. It was too big and caused parking issues at my destination. When asked if I could switch it, I was told it was going to cost more for a smaller car. I kept the big one.
It was good working car.
This is the second time I have rented from Midway at LAX and it is superb in every way. I am amazed at the great price and wonderful staff.
