I had never heard of MCAR and was a little nervous but they were awesome!
It was especially convenient now that San Diego Airport has the Rental Return Area which is new!!

Outstanding service! Very busy place but was able to get in and out in good time.
pickup is slow, but that's an LAX problem. I'd rather wait 15 minutes for one reasonable pickup van (MCAR) than watch 100 huge buses go by (you know who). MCAR can't fix LAX's traffic horrors alone but at least should be helping to push changes at LAX, perhaps light rail or shared vehicles.
MCAR should include return driving instructions in the envelope with the contract. I called and received excellent help, but would have preferred to have it on paper with me.
Will rent from MCAR again when in LA. Thanks!
Just a shame that the vehicle requested on the website was a different one...
Car had some superficial damage , not a big deal but unexpected. It was noted at the time of the rental so o was not held responsible.
I've never had an issue with this my rental.
Very easy and staff is extremely helpful.
