Distance from the terminal is great enough to consider providing a pick-up service. I left my wife at the terminal and swung back in the car to pick her up with the luggage. The Toyota Camry was a very nice vehicle but the 12V power-point was not working. Thankfully, the cord of my GPS was long enough so I could use the power-point in the console.
I am costumer around 5 years. I really like this rent car.
Overall experience was positive. The car color was ugly, but not a big issue for me. Only issue was after the car dropoff -- the man driving the shuttle back to the airport didn't ask anyone their airline, so I had to start shouting when I say mine. He didn't acknowledge me, so I had to start shouting again (the shuttle was loud and I was sitting in the far back).

I've used you twice now, and you have some of the best staff! Both individuals I've worked with have been kind, friendly, and so much fun!
This was our second time using this rental company and would recommend them to anyone. We will definitely use them again.

Everything was great.
My rental experience was good I just didn't like that you can't extend ur rental you have to do a whole new contract most rental car agency's don't do that they let you extend the rental that's the only part I didn't like to me that's a total inconvenience
