MCar did not have a car ready for me the day of the rental. Most car rental companies accommodate early pick ups. They did not provide an estimate as to when one would be available. They did not try and retain my patronage when I said I will inquire next door at Enterprise about acquiring a vehicle. I walked next door to Enterprise where not only did they accommodate me right away but also gave me a free upgrade. Will never rent with Mcar and stick with more reputable companies.

I got confused about the locations because both are from Wilshire address and maybe it's better to change one of them the name and because of that I got charged $15 and I didn't like it. The fact that I even told them I'm an avid customer. And on the day I returned the car there were no drivers available to drop me off. I walked 15-20 minutes to get home. Although it's a good exercise and the guy offered to wait 30 minutes I think there should always available service car for your customers.
I have only had great experiences with your company. Everything is always very smooth.
Only suggestion would be if extending a rental if we could do it at any Midway Car Rental locations rather than only the one you booked your original reservation at.
