My mother and I were extremely happy with the service at MCar. We were in a time crunch and the attendant helped us get on our way in a quick manner. The car was nice and overall the service was top notch. Because it was all so easy we will be back and recommend MCar to our friends.

Staff seemed slightly confused about whether a particular car could be rented again. Check in representative said yes, checkout representative said she couldn't guarantee the exact car. Not sure which is true.

LAX is a major airport hub. I was sad to learn that the Mcar office at LAX only opened at 6am. I has ' stuck' at the airport for one hour before they opened. I do NOT have a problem with the hours. I understand.But the hours of Operation SHOULD be included in the Email comfirmation I recieved as it is with Avis or Dollar Rentals. Also the Van pick as NOT at Rental Car Zone but Airport Parking Zone ( for Joe's Parking). This TOO SHOULD be send out with your confirmed E mail Thanks

We rented just before New Year's eve so everything was crowded. We just made it before you closed for the night. I will never again cut it that close between when my flight arrives and getting to your agency. We had almost 2 hrs but evidently that wasn't enough. They told us that the car was a push button start and then left. We didnt' know how to start it and the office staff had locked teh door ready to leave. Fortunately we pounded on the door and got their attention and they came out to help
