Great experience. Hands down best LAX car rental option. No lines and no wait. One caveat is when flying into LAX call Midway as soon as you deplane and the Joe's shuttle will be right there. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful.
I've rented three times from this office and each time the car was not ready on time. On one of the occasions, the car had a horrible odor. When I returned it and rented a new car, I was told the only one that was available was the same car with the odor. As a solution, I got stuck with Jeep and asked to return to the office a few days later to exchange taking valuable time out of my schedule. The staff tends to be abrupt and unfriendly.
The vehicle quality is ALWAYS excellent and the service at the BUR and LAX is superb!!!

This rental company was great. I had a lot of issues with my flights and so forth and I stayed in email contact with Beth and she was WONDERFUL!!! Definitely recommend and would use again when in CA areas. They even upgraded the car at no charge! Had a great experience.

Everything was great
We waited to be picked up for over a hour. We seen the same drivers from other pickup companies several times. The car we got was a Corolla and was very beat up. Stains in seats and tears in the carpet. The person brought us the car was more into talking about Levi stadium then he was about showing us the car. Poor experience.
