Slighty long wait at airport for initial ride after landing, but after calling, the shuttle arrived promptly.

the car wasn't ready, and the agency had a bad attitude.
All customer service was quite good and prompt. The automobile itself was fine, except that -- during the rental -- a maintenance warning lights came on. I immediately called the agency, and your representative said that the warning probably reflected the need for long-term maintenance, she would note my call in the file, and not to worry about it. But the warning did block out important dashboard information for the duration of the trip.
Pretty efficient rental process, rental location reasonably close to airport, shuttle service was good.

Good in general
The car we rented was a standard class Fusion. While it was the car we expected, we didn't realize how uncomfortable the car would be. I wish there were more options in the Standard category, but the person we spoke to said the Fusion was the only choice. The line-in feature never worked properly; we had to turn it on and off every time we wanted to use it.
Overall great experience!
