midway has always been good, but seriously stepped up game in last year. amazing company, great , freindly, adaptable people who work there and problem solve in a quick and intelligent fashion. not at all like the big national corporate car rental places, ie budget, hertz, dollar etc.
The shuttle service at Midway LAX is their greatest weakness. It is a shared shuttle for a parking structure. The shuttles can take up to 20 minutes to show up, and sometimes they are already full because they are smaller shuttle vans.
This car I received had some bad odor in it, normally the crash are great.

All in all a great experience, quality and timely service, no wait times at pick up/drop off. Read reviews online about which car rental company is the best in terms of price and service and midway came ahead of many others that had poor customer service and long wait times. My only two comments are I would have preferred to have a full gas tank on arrival (not 3/4) as its difficult to fill up to a level that´s not full, and would have liked to drop off at different location without extra charg
I recommend midway all the time. You guys are the best.
