I chose Midway due to the good reviews and they did not disappoint. There may be a rental agency for a few dollars less but you will pay for it. Other agencies will have long lines, high pressure upgrades etc. I was in and out in just minutes. They were courteous and professional. Just go inside, get your paperwork done, walk just seconds to the garage and the car was there. One of the quickest car rentals I have ever experienced.

First time renting a car and they made the process super easy and we got an awesome rate and ended up upgrading to a newer model. Wish this company was available in Massachusetts as I would totally rent from them again. Will use them again when I go to California again and will recommend to friends visiting the area
Everyone was courteous and professional. The location next to the H Hotel was super convenient for me.
Good people all around, hassle free pick up and return.
Best part - cheap young renter fee
Burbank VSP location would use another agent to help customers.
Picking up from Burbank VSP is a little strange.
Close to airport and good service
