Faster ever in renting a car and dropping off.
Fantastic service
When I picked up car the service was outstanding, however when I dropped it off the service was unsatisfactory. I had to return keys to check in desk due to unavailability of representative to take car and inspect it.
It took a while for the bus to pick us up at the airport.

I been renting from midway almost a year and each experience is always better then the last customer service is great and they are always able to help and solve issues immediately
The shuttle at LAX took a very long time. Every other car rental shuttle had 3-5 shittles pass is by before one of the Joe's shuttles arrived and that one was already completely full so we had to wait even longer for another one to arrive. Other than that we had a great rental experience! Would definitely getting more shuttles tho!
I had reserved the car for the wrong dates. No problem. I got the same reservation at a lower rate!! Service was superb and no hassle or pressure on add-ons, insurance, etc. I always rent from Midway whenever I can. I just wish they were in more places.
Counter personnel could be more friendly and welcoming. May be she had a bad day? However, she was professional.
