Great service
when I check in, the staffs were not friendly at all, both of the ladies at the front desk saw me and my wife were carrying a baby also 4 luggages with an extra car seat at the front automatic door desperately looking for help , but they decided to just look at us and kept on talking to each other and enjoy their time while we were rolling in the luggages 1 by 1 while carrying our baby.

Midway Car Rental is so far the best!
When you request a economy/compact small car you should get one. Especially since this is now the second time I have had the same thing happen! I always arrive early too! I saw three people leave after me with cars I would have rather had driven. I would like a choice next time.
Drop off at the airport location is a little far from the terminal.
Only tricky thing was trying to find the shuttle bus (for LAX pick up) information on the website; I tried looking it up on my phone, and I would see the page that had the shuttle bus information for a brief moment before I would be automatically redirected to the mobile version of the website, and was not able to find it on the mobile version. Otherwise, great experience and would rent from Midway again!
This was my first time driving a rental. I had a great experience, can't wait to travel again.
