The wait for shuttle was a bit long, around 15-20 minutes. No wait at counter. Car is brand new, clean, with many features such as rear-view camera. Return experience was quick, short wait for shuttle back to LAX. Would rent from Midway again.

Good, clean, new car - friendly helpful service. Only thing was day 1 of new rental car center in SD was a bit confusing and took 20-25 mins to get to airport after the car drop off......but this wasn't Midway - but teething probs of 1st day of new SD rental center when I dropped the car back
Overall experience is good. A little confusing with the parking shuttle for the first time. Agent is friendly and dont have to wait for my vehicle. Price is right. I will rent again.
