I e rented several times and service is great. only negative is airport pick up can be slow--due to reliance/sharing of airport shuttle with adjacent airport parking company
Car that i got was not i reserved . they gave me an explorer in stead of full size car. miles per gallon on car is too low.

All aspects of my rental experience were great! The car was awesome and the staff on all sides (office, pick up, drop off) were super friendly and professional. After a bad experience at a different rental company last year I was extremely happy with this year's rental through Midway!
