Despite that we had to wait for our car to be finished cleaning, it was in a decent condition and was fully loaded with security features, which we appreciated. Good, quick service!
The rate was good considering we got a beautiful Toyota Corolla. However, even though we understand the surcharge fee for underage drivers, the fee for an additional driver really threw us off when purchasing. Maybe in the future, have that cost and information available on the website, just in case someone has an additional driver that is under 25
This was the easiest rental experience I have ever had in LA. Everything was perfect from the staff to the wait time to the car. It was a stress free wonderful experience and I will only use Midway Rental from now on! Thank you!

The experience was good, I prepaid online at the last minute due to another agency not being helpful to me I also was greeted in a professional manner the shuttle service was pretty quick and very much so helpful overall I had a great experience lets see how long the refund takes.
