Everything went smoothly. Vehicle exceeded my expectations.
I rented from USC PSX. I went there the office was open but no one was there I waited 45 minutes until the guy showed up. also when I was returning the car, I couldn't find the parking they had mentioned and also I didn't find the guy in the office , I called him he rejected. I had to leave the keys in the office I didn't receive any emails for receipt. it was a terrible experience.
Outstanding service, car and rates as always.

Midway was honestly the best car rental experience I (and my business partner) have ever had. After a dreaded experience with dollar, I'm kicking myself for not finding them sooner—talk about making travel stress free.
This was my second time renting from midway and I will continue to rent a vehicle through them. The prices are great and the vehicles have been exceptional. The whole renting process was a breeze.
WE always use Midway when in the USA and we have always had great service and cars. Thank you.
NOTE: Overall service is excellent... Their staff are the best in car rental business. The only reason I had to put a Satisfactory comment was due to vehicle given at time of rental. Vehicle was not the most comfortable and performance was sluggish.
In my opinion, this has more to do with manufacturer than rental car agency. I would not rate as poor because it was a good way to test drive the vehicle rented.
Thank you, Midway Car Rental! Perhaps one of the better experiences I've had renting a vehicle. Pretty much zero wait time, got the car I wanted, staff was helpful and pick up/drop off couldn't be any easier. I will for sure recommend this place to any and all my friends or family visiting the LAX area. Thank you!
Clarification for the first question: I was waited on promptly, but the pick-up was less than acceptable because many times I had to wait for 30 minutes, and 2 times the shuttle did not even stop. Otherwise, the drivers are always nice and courteous.
I have rented from Midway Rental Car almost 100 times by now, but it's too bad that you don't have any frequent renter program to provide some kind of discounts for car renters like me.
