I arrived LAX hotel's shuttle bus pickup area at 6 o'clock a. m., and keep waiting for 50 minutes to get on the shuttle bus. It needs to be improved .
It was cheap, there was very little wait, and the shuttles to the airport ran very frequently. I am entirely satisfied.

always a good experience with midway
It was overall quite good, but the car was pretty scratched up on one side. Looks bad.
Car performed fine though, service was quick.
I'm international student living and studying in L.A. for the past year. I'm always renting car in Midway rental and I'll always be. Service and stuff are always nice and qualified, cars are always in a best condition. I always reccomend my friends to rent a car in Midway rental. Thank you.
too long of a wait for the van at airport pick-up - over 25 min
Staff was extremely helpful, especially those involved in the physical pick-up and drop-off of the rental vehicle. The process was streamlined, easy, and stress-free.
We waited 30 minutes for the shuttle to the airport and therefore missed the baggage check in window and had to reschedule our flight. Very frustrating.
Car was brand new which was great. however, I found tons of fingerprints from the previous renter all over the console, radio, AC, etc. It needed better inside cleaning.
