Price was a little high due to time of year.
enjoyed the fast and friendly service.
The vehicle rented wasn't available at my arrival and the staff try to replace it by another several times. First by a 2 doors and then by a jeep ( my original command was a mid-size 4 doors). Finally and after 45 min delay I obtained what I had demanded
All was great except for the fact that I realized I left my sunglasses in the car directly underneath the Radio Console. I was already at the airport so I called 20 minutes after, The front desk receptionists gave me the runaround. I had to call back three times only to hear that they "did not find it". I realize it's my fault for leaving it there, but I believe in customer service should also equate to high integrity. Sadly I know this review will also go unacknowledged.

The Enterprise Customer Service employee that helped me make this reservation gave superior service and directed me to a discount that I would not be aware of.
She certainly did much to make me a return client of Enterprise.
Would rent there again!
Good car, good service. Sometimes could be a little slow when waiting in line for them to assist other guests, but service was good all around, so the wait wasn't a huge deal.
