The experience was great! It would be better if the price is a bit cheaper.
Interior of the car smelled like smoke, and when I mentioned it to the staff on pickup, he said it was the air freshener that they had just sprayed. As we drove the car, the air freshener wore off, and the smoke smell became more obvious. I wish that I had insisted on another car initially. Other than that, the rental was great.

We were so pleased with them! We entered the wrong address in our phone to return the car, an went to a different location than the one we were supposed to. We realized our mistake when we pulled up and we were no where near LAX! But it was before 8 am so the office was not open. We entered in the correct address and were so late when we arrived, they kindly drove us to the airport rather than making us wait for the shuttle to try and help us make our plane. Our thanks to them! T
Great! One thing - I wish that the shuttle started picking up at 6 am instead of 6:30. Since the car rental place opens at 6:00 it would be nice to also have the pickup that early. I saw the shuttle dropping people off but the website said the pick ups would only begin at 6:30.

We were anxious when we arrived at LAX because of all the horror stories posted online and on YELP. I could not be any happier than I am with our decision to use Midway. Pick up and drop off was extremely fast and easy and there were no hidden fees.

I travel to Los Angeles twice each year. So far this last rental was the most pleasant experience in the last 4 years. the car was clean and in very good shape. The staff was very helpfull and courteous. The shuttle service was great and in a short period of time. ai will look for Midway Car Rental in my next trip
