Unfortunately, airport concesions have raised prices, and those are assumed by the renter. You should share this inconvenience and improve prices to get customers satisfaction.
Midway Car Rental is my first choice for car rentals. Excellent vehicles, professional and friendly staff, and I will absolutely continue to use them and recommend the company to others.

The rental overall was fine but return experience was an unnecessary hassle. I paid $1084 for a 4-day rental which is a very high rate but I reserved late so was willing to live with it. But when I returned the car, the person I checked in with first asked me to move the car from where I had parked it, which was very close. Then this person quibbled over the tank being 15/16 full, despite that I had taken the time to fill it before coming to the airport. A big waste of my time over
Midway was great to rent from, probably one of the easiest car rentals we've ever done. Plus, you can easily walk there from LAX, which was great. I'm sure we got there faster than if we had taken the shuttle, it was that close. Would certainly rent from here again if we found ourselves back in LA.
Hoped to land a Volvo S60, yet instead the Merc CLA 250 was nice, but a whole lot smaller and not really ideal for my wife and baby in baby seat to travel. The rear visibility of that model is also very poor. Mileage was great. Midway staff were excellent as usual and I will continue to rent from Midway. Please give me a Volvo S60 next time!
Great experience. I messed up by purchasing a full tank of gas, but used very little. Otherwise, I can't complain.
While the car was great and it was reasonably priced, I actually went with this agency because the reviews were so favorable about the experience (compared to cheaper companies). I was surprised by how long the wait was for a shuttle bus at the airport and then how long we needed to wait once we got to the rental office. I will likely not be using Midway again in the future.
The airport pickup shuttle does not come as frequently as I would have liked. Waited over 20 minutes for it to arrive.
Waited 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport - not sure where the miscommunication started - may have been our fault
