I've rented from Midway twice before and they are fantastic.
Best deal in town and the nicest people. They are the best at honoring a request for a particular car.
I only have good things to say about them.
This was such a fantastic experience. The shuttle service was incredibly fast (even with insane Christmas traffic at LAX). We got exactly what we asked for- a Toyota Camry at a very reasonable price. There was NO extra charge for an extra driver! This was so helpful so both of us could drive. We forgot a pair of prescription sunglasses. They offered to keep them until we could have someone pick them up or until we arranged shipping. We will definitely go to Midway for our car rental in Los Angel
Insurance too extensive.
Ordered Camry, got an Altima.
Other than that everything is good.
Really liked the Toyota Camry, but Burbank Airport has better rates.

Joe's Parking shuttle was called 3 times before it arrived 50 minutes after our first call. Better responsiveness by Joe's Parking would have made this total experience outstanding.
Have rented from various agencies in the past and will use Midway exclusively in the future. Staff at Wilshire / Beverly Hills office were great to work with.
