Another great experience.
The Burbank office seems a little under-staffed. When I returned the car there was no-one there to give me the receipt. I didn't know whether I should just have left the car there or waited. Eventually someone showed up, and it was a good think I was not in a hurry to catch a plane!

Everything went well till we were picked up to be taken to the airport. When we were taken to the airport we were not dropped off at the airport door but a long distance from it. It is as if she took a shortcut and missed the door. This ruined a good trip!
Vehicle was cleaned from the outside but not inside trash was found under the seat and pocket pouch but other than that LAX office was AMAZING!!!
Third time renting with them and they did great again. No complaints. What a difference from other nearby rental car companies...

I had reserved an economy car and instead was given a brand new Mercedes C300. wow! Spoiled now. Love this place.
Great service, great rates! I was an hour early for pickup and they immediately upgraded me to a much better vehicle so I could leave right away. The car was spotless inside and out. I had never rented from Midway before but it will be the first one I check next time. Thanks!
