Very courteous staff (I waited 30 minutes in line before reaching window). I got a nice new car. Easy return with prompt shuttle to the airport. I recommend Midway. They treat you right!
Horrible
This is the 2nd year in a row I am renting from MidWay Rental. I am a local resident, near LAX, I didn't need to be picked up from LAX. I have rented again from MidWay, 1st before a Great rate for a 15 Passenger van. 2nd because of service.

everything for my trip was fast and soothening

Due to time constraints I was unable to fill the tank up with gas. I Was SHOCKED at the nearly $8 a gallon charge for fuel. That was definitely price gouging and plan on reporting this to the LA Better Business bureau. In addition, I will not use this company again. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
I have used Midway twice now and am very pleased with the ease of the process of picking up and returning the vehicle. The rates are reasonable, the cars in perfect shape and they get you to and from the airport quickly and with a smile.
They were so nice and gave us a free upgrade that made our spring break extra special. Thank you!
