I brought all necessary documentation per the website instructions including utility bill, proof of insurance, 2 forms of picture ID, my valid drivers license and my credit card. It was a bit of a hassle as the mailing address for my credit card that is mine and in my name goes to my son's address as I live in an complex where there is another person with my last name. It shouldn't be such a big deal but they called the insurance company & credit card company. It did get resolved & car was fine.
Had to wait half hour for shuttle.
