Before taking our family trip, I did my research and checked reviews on rental car companies as well as pricing. I can honestly say that although Midway was definitely not the cheapest rental car company there is - the price we paid was well worth it. Midway definitely set the bar extremely high. There was no wait in picking up the car, we received a free upgrade, we returned the car with no wait, and they honored the price they had originally quoted - with no hidden fees... Best Company!

Very pleasantly surprised for first rental with Midway
The service was great. However, when I returned the car there was no one around to receive the car. I had to call the office to have someone come and check the car back in. As I was standing there - there was another gentleman waiting to pick up a car. Other than this the service was great.
The best rental agency around.
I rent from Midway every time I go to SoCal. Much better experience than renting from national chains.

I rent weekly from Midway and appreciate the service and value. The last three week, my car has had smoker residue. I'd recommend that you make ALL of your cars "non-smoking" like most rental car companies. Also, your daily rates are very competitive, but your "weekly" rates are not. I rent Sunday through Friday, but you force me into weekly rates and they are not as good as the daily rate. This is getting worse and concerns me regarding your reputation for being a great value. Thanks!
