I have been a repeat customer. This rental was for my wife. Because the car was quite dirty when we picked it up and it took a little longer than expected, she was not impressed. (Note, even the inside of the car was rather messy.) She suggested the next time we need to rent a car we use Enterprise. The service in the past has been better. Thank you.
