Requested an intermediate car and was upgraded to a full as no intermediate cars were available. The upgrade was "nice" but would have preferred the car category requested as the car we received was too large and did not drive well. Much more space than we needed.

The staff members @ Midway were so delightful and helpful every time I talked to them on the phone and in person! Picking up the rental was so easy. They made everything very clear and simple. Returning the car was quick and easy as well. These are very nice people! I was always greeted with a smile. They took time in answering every question I had and I ask a lot of questions. I will recommend this company and I look forward to using them again in the future. Thank you!
