First car had a mechanical issue but was resolved the next day. Manny was superb in handling the situation and went above and beyond to accommodate me. Midway always seems to value its customers and also produces a great service of quality vehicles.

The woman who picked me up with joe's was fabulous, however every time I rent from midway it's a 30 min turn around time for the pickup. I have to call you guys then the shuttle takes like 20 min +. Silver car is the future and you have to offer pick up and technology being a luxury car rental. Last time I was in town I rented from Silver and this time from Midway and will most likely choose Silver again so I'm not wasting my day and work hours on the rental car process. Thank you!
