Another week i rented and once again I was truly happy with the service and the staff.. Referred a few more of my clients last week
I enjoyed my experience and would rent from this company again.
Midway charged my debit card for the deposit after I returned the car and only then told me that a refund would come in 4 to 7 business days. I called for an explanation and no one can give me a satisfactory reason for charging the deposit after the fact. They claim to put a hold on the funds while I am in possession of the car but that did not happen. instead they charged me after I returned the car. I was recently a victim of fraud on my credit card and this looks shady to me.

Friendly, helpful...we couldn't have been happier with our experience renting a car with you. The car was really nice and was clean. Thanks. We will definitely rent again from you next time we are in LA.
Found the wheeler dealer aspect of the process very tiresome and out of date. Rental businesses should have a set price in this day and age. No need for the theatrics of "let me go speak to my manager to see if we can do a special deal for you" type nonsense. Serious turn off. I won't be using the service again.
