The total experience was awesome. The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. The best car rental experience I've had in Los Angeles.
Car & contract were waiting for me, and Gina personally took care of me, with no delay. Return of vehicle was similarly promptly handled and entire process took less than 2 minutes. Another excellent experience!!

Great car rental agency, fast service and really good value for money. Only one remark, it would be more convenient if the rental could be extended by phone/website instead of having to go to the office. Otherwise, midway provides great service on par with more expensive car rental companies. Im very satisfied with the service I was provided with and the car I rented.
We had a great experience with the rental, staff was courteous and friendly, the car we received was Brand New and clean. The price was reasonable and affordable. Would recommend to others.
