Great company! Only issue was that the car smelled like cigarettes the whole time we had it. Other then that, it would have been perfect without the smell.

It's nice that you offer a military discount. However, we had a 2016 car (Toyota) that was pretty low quality - seats not automatic, cheap interior, etc. Overall, it was fine.

Midway somehow neglected to mention that they had no shuttle service from LAX with their name on it, so I waited 30 minutes for their shuttle, watching all the others go by. Then I called to find out they didn't have their own shuttle, but relied on Joe's Shuttle, and then I waited another 20 minutes for this one. Then one of the women at the counter gave me the wrong driving directions to get to the main road I wanted to get to LA, sending me south from the airport instead of north. Incompete

Service from pick-up to drop-off was seamless. Friendly, courteous service at the front desk. Timely response regarding a flat tire on the 2nd day. Would use Midway on any trip through LAX.

I Waited quite a while for the shuttle and when I called the office to let them know I also asked to get the paperwork done while i was waiting as they said there was no line but when I finally arrived, nothing was prepared. Also, I had a bit of a wait for the shuttle leaving as well.

Great experience, thank you! The only problem I had was returning the car at LAX - it was a little tricky to find the return area and the sign could have been larger and lighted.
