Always have good experience with this firm. Even when was victim of hit-and-run they were extremely helpful.

It was a very good experience, the staff and the vehicle were both great. The only complaint is the cost, once all the add-ons were totted up - including insurance, fees, and taxes - went from $30 for 2 days (great!) to an actual final cost of over $150 (not great!).
Quick pick up from the Airport, short wait at the counter, car was clean, and a reasonable price. I will definitely be renting from Midway again.

Entering lot from 98th St, I couldn't tell where to return the car. But I at least got it into the garage, and the friendly agent took it from there.
All good and I'd do it again.

I had a great experience with Midway Car rental. I arrived to LA and rented a car for 30 days. WE had an issue with the housing and canceled our trip and returned back with the car two days later. We were refunded our entire stay. I also left my GPS in the car before heading the the airport. Midway called to inform me and then drove over to the airport to return it to me.
