wish pick up had been faster. i waited over 20 minutes
Wonderful experience, no problems!
Only issue was waited 40 mins at counter for 2 customers to get checked in ahead of me. Only one agent on counter and someone one the phone in the back office.
My only issue with Midway LAX is that the area where the vehicles are inspected has low lighting levels so it is easy to miss some scratches & dings.

This is my fourth time renting from Midway. There is a reason why I confidently choose Midway as my rental of choice and why I always refer them to anyone who asks. They are always quick to service me and are happy to answer any questions. The cars I get are in excellent condition and the last visit they upgraded my car (after acknowledging the fact that I am a return customer).The person who helped me out was Danny Guiterrez. I called twice with concerns and he helped out in such a great manner
