Despite waiting in the right place and flagging the shuttle, they driver allowed many others to board as I gathered my luggage and five-year-old. When I started boarding he told me the shuttle was full - very frustrating. Another shuttle appeared relatively soon after and that driver was incredibly courteous and helpful.
Check-in and check-out was seamless. A pleasure doing business with this company. I will definitely use again and recommend to friends and colleagues.

Rented a Corolla but was given a Camry when we arrived. Car was fine and ended up working great but would have been nice to have something as small as the Corolla for getting around LA. Didn't end up being a big deal though, just made parking around the city a bit more difficult.
Good experience - I would use them again.
