Corolla class car I had reserved was not available. The only 2 cars available were both higher classes, of course. A Camaro or a Mercedes-Benz. I chose the Mercedes as it was smaller & more maneuverable in LA. I had no choice but to pay the upgrade which was a reduced rate. About $20+ more per day. Best thing would have been upgrade at no expense to me since it was not my fault but still pretty good given the rate for the Mercedes. Very nice people. Not pushy. Would rent from again.

VERY GOOD SERVICES
We really had a great experience. The ONLY thing that I can say is they were a little hard to find at LAX and upon car return, we had a hard time figuring out where to go. One phone call fixed that. They were so nice and helpful.
