Midway is the best car rental agency I have ever used. The prices can't be beat, the staff is always pleasant and the cars are in perfect condition.
We waited too long for the shuttle and they again waited for our car to be brought up and washed. Once washed and dripping wet, we were asked to inspect the vehicle for any dents are scratches. This was virtually impossible in the dark garage and dripping wet black car. It was a disappointing experience from a usually satisfactory rental company.

The vehicle was not available and they upgraded me to a Jeep which I did not feel comfortable in but I was able to switch it for a car later in the day so I was happy.
All was good besides a bit of unfriendly staff and the fact that we rented a particular vehicle for a certain price and when we arrived that car was not available and the only vehicle that they offered was the double the quote we received. Very displeased.
This is my second time renting with Midway.Easily the best car rental experience I've ever had!

On this occasion, I had actually reserved a car from a Payless. Payless had no vehicles remaining, so they referred me to Avis, Avis offered me a vehicle at a ridiculous price, and the vehicle was not in good condition. Having rented from Midway on a previous visit, I canceled out with Avis and went straight over to Midway where I was offered a better vehicle at half the price with zero runaround. I'm a big Midway fan now.
