Renting from Midway was a pleasant experience; great and friendly staff and a good value. One complaint, whatever spray is used to make the car smell fresh and new was sprayed way too much and I was gagging from the fumes.
We love Midway. Takes the stress of travel away. Always a great experience dealing with the Midway professionals.
Please don't change a thing.

Midway is the best car rental agency I have ever used. The prices can't be beat, the staff is always pleasant and the cars are in perfect condition.
We waited too long for the shuttle and they again waited for our car to be brought up and washed. Once washed and dripping wet, we were asked to inspect the vehicle for any dents are scratches. This was virtually impossible in the dark garage and dripping wet black car. It was a disappointing experience from a usually satisfactory rental company.

The vehicle was not available and they upgraded me to a Jeep which I did not feel comfortable in but I was able to switch it for a car later in the day so I was happy.
All was good besides a bit of unfriendly staff and the fact that we rented a particular vehicle for a certain price and when we arrived that car was not available and the only vehicle that they offered was the double the quote we received. Very displeased.
This is my second time renting with Midway.Easily the best car rental experience I've ever had!
