Shuttle driver's were courteous and helpful. quick & easy car pick up and return. suggestions: On my reservation I I missed information on the name of shuttle service. I looked for a Midway Shuttle. This should be made more prominent and a text reminder of shuttle service would be helpful. I waited too long for a pick up.

We rented a Ford Fusion for several days from the Bob Hope Airport in Hollywood. The original Ford Fusion provided to us had a cigarette smoke odor. We notified the staff, and they exchanged to a different Ford Fusion very quickly. The Ford Fusion got great gas mileage and the daily rental rate from Midway was lower than Avis, Hertz, and Budget. Very satisfied.
