It really was the best experience possible with a rental car. The price is extremely fair and affordable, the staff are helpful and knowledgable, and the car was in excellent condition with no problems at all. We will definitely continue to rent from Midway in the future.

It was great. It's my preferred rental company when I fly into LAX.
suggestion to have the airport pick-up van information on the reservation notice, which I had printed out (and others might too)., ie, Joe's Parking Van I had to call to know this (was waiting for a Midway van like other rental places had). Otherwise, everything was great.
My experience with Midway has always been excellent. I no longer rent from anyone else, if Midway is available.
The best thing about midway is that when you get to the counter you don't have to wait in line like other rental companies like FOX (about 1 hour waiting time avg. until you get your rent car).
i have used midway 3 times and every single time there wasn't any other person in line
Please ensure that the, "film" on the inside of the windows is cleaned off. this is most important on the windshield.
A perfect rental experience. So much better than dealing with the Hertz, Avis etc of this world!
