Jacqueline was extremely helpful when I was picking up the vehicle. She was kind, courteous and helpful. The gentlemen that helped with the checking out the vehicle were also helpful, especially when there was an issue with the car they first selected for me (the air conditioning was not working). They quickly found another vehicle for us and we only waited for a few minutes. I have no complaints. :)

We had no problems
I felt like the rental amount of the car was too much. The car was great though and the bus picked us up in the morning when we left for the airport. We will rent from this company again. Maybe next time we will get a cheaper rate or get a smaller car.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Clean car. Easy pick up and return. This is the second time I have rented from Midway and will do it again!
This is the 2nd time we have rented with Midway LAX. Both times we have been satisfied with the customer service and the vehicle. The most recent vehicle, however, seemed to need some servicing. Our low oil warning kept coming on, as well as low tire pressure and low coolant. It seems like these are items that should be checked between rentals was also a bottle of ginger ale left inside the vehicle and it smelled strongly of chemicals for the first couple of days.
Just the typical confusion remembering Midway does not use their own LAX airport shuttle but shares with another parking lot company. Figured it out. Outside of that, very good service.
