Best car rental experience ever. By far the most professional and most courteous staff. Will be renting from here every time.
Only critique was the communication on insurance. To only offer basic or premium insurance, not no insurance, as options is a devious way to earn more money. This type of communication is cynical, and can trick customers who aren't paying attention.
Good service.
I've been to this rental place about 4 times and they never have a car ready. It's also never the size (small) that I've requested. There are always a few people in the office who don't seem to be helping customers - they should not be visible as it always seems there are 3 people not helping customers to the 1 person who is. That said, the staff who is helping the customer is very friendly, knowledgable and efficient. Your car selection in North Hollywood is terrible.

LAX does a wonderful job. The staff is superior and the quality/condition of the vehicles are excellent!
